When Can You Return an Item?

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it. To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused
In its original condition
Packed with all original accessories and packaging

Reasons for Returns & Return Costs

We get it, things happen. Here's how we handle different situations:

Wrong or Damaged Item: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong one, we’ll take care of the return shipping at no cost to you.
Changed Your Mind: Ordered the wrong item or just don’t want it anymore? You’re welcome to return it, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

How to Return Your Order

Contact Us: Email support@bonille.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
Pack It Up: Repackage your item securely in its original packaging, including any tags, accessories, or manuals.
Ship It Back: You’ll receive return instructions by email. Drop off your package at your local carrier.

What Happens Next?

Inspection: Once your return arrives, we’ll check that everything meets the return conditions.
Refund: If everything looks good, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. This usually takes up to 7 days to show up, depending on your bank or provider.
